Beauty Brands Salon Spa Superstore

Called beauty brands, yet they don’t sell any high quality brand names. I could get the same things at Walgreens for half the price.

They were having their liter sale (Can I get a liter of cola?) Zenda and I popped in there for «just a moment» to see if they carried the Paul Mitchell black label line. They don’t BUT! they have a full service salon in the back. We had some time to kill and they had some availability, a dangerous mix! Jessica was able to get me in for a haircut and did a great job. Zenda sat with a lady who’s name I can’t recall for a cut and color. I was finished first so Jessica and I decided to play with my hair color. A semi-​permanent rinse later and I now am a lovely shade of purple. She was able to cover all my grays. Jessica also waxed my eyebrows and did a bang up job.
Zenda got some lovely highlights and as I was waiting for her I noticed Jana, the esthetician. Ohh, maybe she can squeeze me in for a leg wax too. I am looking rather like a hairy legged FreeWoman over here. Yup, she was able to get me in. It took about 45 minutes and while it was only half a leg, I would have preferred she went up just a little higher on the backs of my thighs. Small patches of wax were left but that is to be expected. I was pleased with the over all results.
I would make the effort to go back to them for my beauty needs!

I went to Beauty Brands in Papilion NE to get my hair lightened. I had a long talk with the level two stylist doing my hair. She assured me based on pictures that we looked at together that we would have no problems lightening my hair. WRONG! I knew it wouldn’t be exactly the same but I seriously look like a calico kitten. Some hair red, some orange. Not in a highlighted way either. It’s in spots all over my head where the stylist didn’t saturate my hair with the lightened.
When I asked to speak to a manager she came over and the first thing out of her mouth was «so you don’t want to pay for your services right» right in front of all the other customers. I of course was really angry.
I called there corperate office to speak with a gall named Pat who is suppose to be in charge of Customer Service. I left her a message, and she never called back? I called her office again a week later and was told she was in a meeting. When I didn’t hear back from her I called Beauty Brands Omaha. The manager there refered me back to the district manager. When I spoke with her she was extremely rude! She said they paid for services I didn’t like so there shouldn’t be a problem. She told me she apologized «if I proseeved the manager meant I couldn’t pay for my services»
The district Manager told me the problem had been sent back to her to handle. I never did here from Pat at Corperate Office.
I will make sure NO ONE I know goes to any Beauty Brand. There Corperate office doesn’t care what kind of service you get! Go to Alta! They fixed my hair! They also know the meaning of good customer service.
Shame on you Beauty Brands!

I’ve gotten a few Deva cuts from Virginia and they’ve all been great! I recommend her for those of you with curly hair.

This store has a great variety of shampoos, conditioners, make ups and other fun hair and face products. The salon services are great too! I love too that you can pretty regularly just walk in for an eye brow wax or quick hair cut!

Just started going to Ryen to get our hair done and she is awesome!

This was my first time in, I didn’t know they had a full service salon. Seems great if you’re looking for that. I have a great salon that I go to that I’m very happy with.
I did go in looking for a good quality flat iron & a particular beauty product line. I was happy to fine the line & the products I was looking for as well as some nice small stocking stuffer sized items!
Huge selection, definitely worth checking out if you are looking for quality beauty product lines.
