Babes is exactly what the name says; «Fine drinking Establishment». Friendly people, cold beer, and about any shot worth taking. Bring some cash, you won’t need much and the service is pretty darn good.

Awful. Hate it. Never going back.
They do not accept credit cards. Why would they? It’s 2014. Credit cards are just a passing fad. They do, however, provide an ATM. So, basically, a cheap owner that doesn’t want to pay the fees associated with taking credit cards, so instead he decides to put an ATM in so you can pay $ 3+ to withdraw cash and he can pocket part of the ATM fee. So, he doesn’t want to pay a fee. He wants his customers to. This is a huge pet peeve of mine and in and of itself is enough to make me never want to come back here, but there are plenty more reasons I never want to come back here.
Bartender (brunette female) was so busy yapping with a friend that it took her a solid 5 minutes to even see that someone was standing at the bar waiting to be served. When she did notice me she still spent another couple of minutes finishing her conversation. After she gave me my beer she went back to running her mouth. Her conversation varied from how she is cheating at online classes by paying a friend to do the work for her, to how she barely claims any of her tips so she doesn’t have to pay taxes on them, and to how she’s glad they don’t take credit cards because keeping all of that straight is way too confusing. She completely talked herself out of a tip while I sat there drinking my beer. Oh well, her lack of tip will help make up for the ATM fee I had to pay.
Bar was seated full of regulars, so I had to grab a table. Genuinely scuzzy regulars too. Like, the kind of regulars that bring their own koozies to the bar. They’re also the kind of regulars that keep trying to engage you with their annoying observations no matter how many non-​verbal signals you give them trying to get them to shut up.
Draft beer selection is Bud Light, Miller Lite, and Sam Adams Seasonal. A whopping three beers on draft. Almost no selection of craft beer.
This just confirms what I’ve suspected. There isn’t a single decent bar left in the 68 005 zip code. They’re all dives selling cheap domestic beer to their alcoholic regulars.

Cheap drinks, strong as hell… I think so!
Ha! Not to mention they have a shuffleboard table! Babe’s is situated in an old stripmall and you’d never guess how big it is from the outside.
If you like dive bars (in the good way) this is the place to go in Bellevue.
No food.
The place is clean.
We went to Babe’s on a whim and we found a gem.
