Cleanliness 3 Service 3 Food 3 Likelihood 3 1 – 5(5 Best!) 3.0 The cashier was operating a bit slow. While he was helping a customer I stood at the counter while a manager, a supervisor, and two other employees stood a few feet away AT/near the front counter talking and carrying on. Customer service is a culture that THIS location didn’t now 5 years ago when I used to eat there 1 – 2 times a week, and 5 years later, still does not have a grasp of. I ordered a turkey sandwich. It was hot and fresh thank you. The meat was center loaded(in almost a ball in the center of the bun) which allowed me to eat a «ring of bread» before I actually got to the meat, cheese and turkey. Interesting concept. Many tables were dirty, no one came out during my 40 minute visit to clean tables. The drink area was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The floors were not clean. A family had left just as I arrived and their child and left food all over the floor. That mess was still there when I left. I firmly believe, and was taught, that if you take care of the little things, you are probably taking care of the big things(food rotation, proper temps, proper sanitation, etc.) So when they don’t take care of the simple small things, I wonder if they are in fact taking care of the big things.

Ordered a classic Roast beef combo. Everything was great except the ketchup dispenser was broken. Which I then had to tear open about 10 little ketchup packets in order to fill a couple of little plastic cups. All in all it was an exceptional lunch.

The staff is great! The 3 cheese and bacon Angus sandwich is great and the S’hroom and Swiss is good. And potato cakes? Yum! **update** Customer service and food quality has declined in the last 12 – 18 months. I think a new manager is in charge. I rarely eat there now.
