Update: Although I was disappointed with my original service, I do appreciate ace tech’s efforts to rectify the situation. They evaluated their performance, accepted my criticism, and offered me a gift card to make up for the disappointment. They do seem to genuinely care that they give good service to their customers and try to compensate when they fall short.

I have owned and operated a retail specialty store for the last 15 years. I have tried and used many computer repair shops but have never had a good enough experience to post a review of one until I dropped in Ace Tec. I’ve used them three times now: twice for laptops and once for a pc. All 3 times have been incredibly great. Fast, quality repairs at a great price.
