Vonna Madeley – Coldwell Banker

We were lucky enough to be recommended to use Vonna Madeley when we purchased our historical Bed and Breakfast six years ago. She was detail oriented and really helped us get a great deal. She persisted when financing became and issue and referred us to a mortgage broker that helped save the day. this was not an easy property to close on.
In the following years she has solidified us as both customers and friends through her efforts to keep us appraised of our property and neighborhoods value. Upon request she has also down more detailed analysis to help us with financial decisions.
