Words can not describe how pleased I was with my experience at Tirrell Endodontics. My husband had refferred me for a root canal, and I was extremely nervous. I had dealt with a bad root canal for years, and stemming from my first root canal, I was terrified to have to go in for a retreat. The staff was impeccable. For my pre-​op I waited 15 minutes (nothing for a dentist) and they gave me a starbucks card for waiting. The staff went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I let them know I did not have a general dentist, and the refferred me to a dentist in the area. I am so scared of the dentist and I most likely would’ve never called, but to my surprise, THEY called me the next day to set up a cleaning. Tirrell’s office had contacted the dentist to let them know about my concerns and exc. This made me choosing to go to a general dentist so much easier, and less stressful on myself. In terms of the retreat, I can not emphasize how seamless it was. While I hated the initial shot, he took his time, and the assitant made sure I was as comfortable as possible through the entire thing. I truly can not express how at ease I was during the root canal. Without a doubt, I knew that it was being done at absolute precision, and that I would not have to deal with this tooth again. I usually walk out of the dentist sore, in pain, and dreading ever having to go back. It is safe to say I do not want to have another root canal, but I am bummed I do not have an excuse to go see them. Their precision and care are second to none.
