These people are crooks and thiefs. This is located centrally to Fort Lewis and is a major military area. They will try and take advantage and bend rules as they see fit. I was called up on orders to leave 2 months early and they attempted to charge me full rent for those two months even after I handed them proper documentation. Their head property manager, Kristina, is rude and inconsiderate. They have entered my residence on several occasions without notice and without cause. Then we go to move out and I receive a statement of charges for over $ 1500 in damages. I left them 3 voicemails to call me back and discuss the issue and never received a call back. Now I have been sent to collections by these harpies after being a model tenant for nearly 2 years. Single handedly my biggest mistake in renting is being a member of this community. Over 50% of the population is military and I now see how they treat us; as meal tickets.

Stumbled upon these as I was searching for a new place, and while I don’t write reviews of a place unless I’ve lived there; I am making an exception for this community. From the one bedroom to the 3 bedroom units, each have a great floor plan. Lots of natural lighting, and plenty of storage. I like the fact they have a garage! Also a fenced in (small) back yard. I am confident this will be my new home in the future and wanted to do a shout out to anyone else looking… nice place. Staff are very easy to work with and know the area well enough that for someone like me, who is not familiar with the area. they can point you in the right direction… yes, I recommend this community. And the only reason I didn’t give them a 5, is because I don’t live there yet… LOL

Victorville, CA
Its a great town home community… had no problems with management and they were very kind and understanding. Rent is reasonable for a townhome and they’re very good at maintaining the landscape. Its five minutes away from Cosco and Walmart and they have other local shops and restraunts in the area also know as «hawks praire». And plus its a ten minute drive to JBLM. a great place to be in if your military and staying near JBLM for a while
