Scam artist. He will tell you on the phone that he gives free estimates, then when he shows up, does nothing, and demands you pay him $ 100… False advertising at its finest.

Not bad, but nowhere near amazing. It’s the cheapest spa service that I know of (could only find two in my area). What bothers me most is timeliness. I called and left a message about cleaning and filling my hot tub, and didn’t get a response until a couple days later.
Once they responded, they said they’re nearby and could stop by in about 10 – 15 minutes. Didn’t show up until a couple hours later. Once they arrived, they said they can’t fill my hot tub today because they have a few more estimates to do (no idea why an estimate is needed because base rate is $ 125, but last time it was drained when I filled it myself last time, it only cost me $ 100) and scheduled to fill it the next day around 9 in the morning.
Next day happened, and no one showed up or even notified me of a later time. I even gave them a message saying I have to leave my home to run errands and came back an hour later, and they still haven’t showed. It’s already afternoon time now, and they called me back saying somebody will show in about 45 minutes. It’s been well over 6 hours and I had to tell them that it’s too late and need to reschedule. I did tell them that my day has basically been wasted waiting on them, and they apologized and said they’ll be there tomorrow morning.
Tomorrow came and got a text saying they’ll be here in 45 minutes. They didn’t actually show up until about 2 hours later. And they still expected full payment even though they’re never on time. The only good thing I will admit is that the staff are knowledgeable and experienced. They balanced chemicals perfectly with my hot tub, and properly installed my handrail.
I’ll still have to stick with Spa Services when needed because it’s the closest and cheapest that I know of, but make sure you’re completely free for a few days. Them being on schedule is definitely not their strong suit.

Our hot tub sprung a leak. We contacted this business. They told us to throw a chemical in it that would plug up a leak, without even seeing it. We bought the stuff poured it in, let it work for several days, no improvement. We called them again, several times before they returned our calls. Then they tell us they will be out the following Friday or Sat. Heard nothing through Friday afternoon. Placed a call. Got a call back promising to be at our home around 1100 am on Sat. Saturday came and went. No phone call, nothing. Extremely poor customer service! We exposed motor area and found the leak to be coming from the main intake seal. We will take it elsewhere for service. I do not recommend this company on the basis of reliability, communication and over the phone initial diagnosis of the problem that was wrong.
