They did a good job. They were on time. The charge was competitive. They provided the written report I had requested. The appointment was easy to make by phone. I recommend Larry Koeser and his business, Petunia Septic Service.

We used this company a few years ago when we needed to have our septic tank pumped at our rental property, they came out and took care of it no problem. So I called them again this time, the appointment was for this afternoon so this morning I called just to double check I could pay with my credit card since this was an unexpected expense to us. The man freaked out screaming at me, telling me how he already sent his driver (it’s 8 and my appointments after 1) and how I wasted his time, instead of calming down and listening to me he continued to scream and tell me never to call him again before hanging up on me. I’ve never had a business talk to me like that, I was/​am willing to pull the cash from my credit card as that is simple enough. I would not recommend him to anyone, maybe if he would have been professional we both would have been able to walk away happy and both of our days not ruined by something so unnecessary. There are hundreds of other septic companies with this kind of customer service I’m surprised he’s still around. Anyone can do a good job it’s the customer service that brings people back.

They were 20 min late, but they did make up for it by fixing a pipe that was going to cost me $ 500 dollars by another plumping company for free. The other company was ripping me off, so these guys ended up saving me $ 500 bucks.
I wish more companies were cool like this.
