Olympia Multi-Specialty Clinic

My husband had an appointment here for a procedure. We endured endless drama regarding the authorization for the procedure, for 2+ weeks up until the morning of the appointment. When we called the payer for the authorization code, they always had it available. Never had a problem reaching the correct person and getting the correct answers, however when Multi specialty called apparently they couldn’t reach anyone and/​or couldn’t obtain the authorization code. Secondly, the day before the procedure they tried to reschedule b/​c they overbooked the doctor. Well, it took us 7 months to get this appointment, not to mention my husband had to fast for 2 days and drink laxatives for 24 hours at this point, so no we cannot reschedule. Talk about last minute.
Lastly, While in the waiting room after a shift change, I had to listen to the substitute receptionist talk to her friend on the phone about some guy drama her friend was having. Really?!? How unprofessional
I will update this review if the visit gets any better.
