Comfortable space. Friendly, welcoming staff. What more can you ask for? Oh yeah… An awesome massage therapist.
I came in with a strained, and very painful, trapezius. Erika did a great job of working all of the tension in all of the muscles in my back, shoulders, and neck. She didn’t just rub on the injured trapezius she worked it and all the muscles surrounding and supporting it. Ouch and awwwwwwww!
The room had natural light coming in and was perfectly heated… With soft, relaxing music playing. All of the elements to allow yourself to relax (except I don’t).
Perhaps one of the things I most appreciated was while Erika was explaining where the tension was coming from, and how to treat it between sessions, I sat up and she told me to lie down and relax. Sometimes you just need to be told to relax.
I am looking forward to many more hours spent here!

Kris Royal does very good work. I certainly recommend him.

This review is for Kristopher Royal, he was my chiropractor for three years when his practice was in Seattle. Dr. Royal is the best chiro I have ever had. He could consistently find and fix anything that was causing pain or stiffness and send me off walking on air. Whether it was back, hip, shoulder, elbow or wrist, whatever was wrong would get fixed, 90% of the time in one visit. When my children visited from out of town, I took them both to meet Dr. Royal so they would know who to visit if ever in need — it’s worth a flight to SEATAC and weekend in Seattle rather than to walk in pain.

Dr. Christopher Royal was recommended by a very good friend. She said I’d love him and that he’d help me with a chronic & painful lower back problem I’d been struggling with for years. She was so right– Dr. Royal was able to identify the issue, provide sound advice and blessed relief from my longstanding problem. He is a very pleasant & knowledgable professional, runs a nice and efficient practice. Highly recommended to anyone seeking chiropractic care!
