Other reviews do not reflect my experience I was welcomed as soon as I opened the door. Great customer service bought my Olympic Arms AR here and after shopping around to the local shops this one offered the best costumer service. Would recommend this store to friends and family.
Few weeks after I bought my AR I stripped my castle nut, quick to help me without questioning what I had done. When the time came to pay I had left my debit card with my wife I was given the opportunity to come back and pay later. This place has the customer service most places lack now days.

Very disappointing. The guy that works there (Eric) very professional and knows his stuff, but the woman at the counter knows absolutely nothing about firearms and keeps certain charges hidden until your transaction is complete. Credit card fee? Gun smithing charges that aren’t brought up until you pay? I don’t write many reviews but but this is no way to do business so I felt obligated to say something. I’ll never shop here again and neither should you.

This place is awesome. Very great gunsmith! Soon as I walked in excellent service. All types of firearms and gun parts. Everything a person needs whether your building an AR or simply just looking for accessories. Most definitely goin back to them next time I have a rifle build or even just questions. I highly recommend this gun store and gun smith.

Great gunsmith, terrible, terrible customer service. Waited over 10 plus minutes for pick up. I watched 3 potential customers walked in then walked right out in less than 5 minutes. They showed no concern for the 2 waiting paying customers, myself and a lady. They made you feel like I needed them more. Time to look for another gunsmith, too bad cause the gunsmith did great work!
