Horrible, horrible, horrible. Don’t use this company unless you are desperate and paying cash.
Hollywood assisted with a lockout — and I paid by credit card. They never ran the charges, so a month later I called them — from ALASKA — asking them to please charge my card. They never did. So I called again another month later, talked to the owner, he said he would get back to me — and NEVER DID! They never charged my card. Now it is 9 months later and they are threatening to do collections and go to court. Stupid and incompetent. I want an apology!!!

I don’t remember when this was but my dad’s BMW stopped working cause our garage door fell on top of the tip of roof and broke something which caused the car to stop working. Anyways our landlord wanted to fix the garage door but it wouldn’t work with the car in the garage so I called Hollywood Towing Premier. The guy was on time to our house and got our car easily. He was fairly nice and we asked a lot of questions about what it would be that caused our car to stop working. He was very patient even after he finished his job and even gave us some numbers so we could call and get our car checked and fixed. Really appreciated that!
