Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning

One year ago I had Heavens Best clean my carpet. My wife was is the hospital with a premature born baby. I was planning to surprise her with clean carpets when she returned. I had my hands full with my 3 other children and allowed the «OWNER/​TECHNICIAN» to clean the up stairs carpet as I prepared dinner for the kids. Once he finished I paid him and life went on… A couple weeks later my wife returned home with a beautiful healthy baby! She went to a specific place to find her wedding band and wedding ring and they were no where to be found. She was absolutely devastated. We completely turned the entire house upside down, still nothing. I not only paid for a terrible cleaning job but also lost several thousands of dollars and a very sentimental piece of our special family history. I called this guy directly and of course he denied it all. The police wouldn’t do anything since I couldn’t prove it. This guy is a THEIF.
DO NOT TRUST HIM IN YOUR HOME…
There was absolutely no sympathy when I approached him. It took him 2 seconds to put something that wasn’t his in his pocket and walked right out the door. It was very clear that he took the rings. My wife was 100% certain where she had them hidden. Now it’s a very special memory less the important token.
If you have ever had something taken from you and you know how it feels to be violated, it hurts badly. Especially when I was in the home when it happened. I hope karma gets this evil person. He should certainly feel ashamed as a person and a business man.
I plan to replace the ring for my wife but it will take a couple more years to raise the money for something this expensive.
All I want is EVERYONE out there to know that THIS GUY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
