Great shop, I sold some chairs on consignment and got a fair price.

This place is fantastic. It is the opposite of one dimensional like most furniture shops in Thurston County. The pieces in the store have personality and so does the staff. As someone mentioned earlier in these comments is that its a great place to go periodically considering they’re constantly getting new stuff into the shop. I check this place out about twice a month and find something I’m interested in. The staff are willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you’re looking for. They can usually engage about the vintage/make of each item and are incredibly informative. Consider this place when you come into Olympia to shop.

We have bought several items in the past with good luck. We bought a piece yesterday and considered a 2nd piece. Called the store and told them we would buy the 2nd piece when we came back today. The gal on the phone said she would mark the piece sold. When arrived to pick up both pieces we were informed the 2nd piece we wanted had been sold. When the young lady was questioned she said she did not remember our call. Frustrating and poor customer service

A great used furniture store to browse even if you aren’t looking. It’s fun! Furniture is on consignment and the price goes down over time, so you can take a chance and wait for a better price.

We have bought a number of pieces here going back probably a decade. Mostly unique, interesting things, some older. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to check back periodically to see what they have gotten in recently. They sell mostly used, some is theirs, some is on consignment. We did buy a new couch though so they had some new stuff. If you are looking for something with character, I recommend checking this place out. You never know what you’ll find, and often I see something that is just too tempting to pass up. They have always been very friendly and helpful to me, each time I was there. No complaints about that.

At times there is some good furniture in the place, and I like to spend my money at local merchants. Twice now, however, I have been ambushed by a guy who is likely the owner and who asks multiple questions about what I’m looking for. He is probably trying to be helpful, but he comes across as rude. A polite response of «I’m just looking, thank you» only generates more questions. I like to browse. If I see something I like, I will buy it. I do not want to be grilled. I don’t want him seeking out pieces that he thinks I will like. I doubt I will return to the store. I will look somewhere else.

There are some attractive pieces in here, but there are an equal number of chairs that I would pay to have removed from my house. Decent prices on what they have. Ken is super-nice. He can order pieces from some furniture suppliers, so you could flip through his catalogs in addition to the somewhat random assortment out on the floor. Something tells me he might cut you a better deal on furniture than if you ordered it from somewhere else.

Great used furniture. The owner is really nice. Sometimes things are a little pricey but usually they are good for their condition.
