Excellent service and people! We had our carpets cleaned right before Thanksgiving and they still look great, like they were just cleaned! Definitely will recommend Dryex to friends and family!

We had these folks clean our hand tufted wool oriental living room rug and two matching hall runners. These kinds of items are all taken to their shop for cleaning, so they pick them up from your home and deliver them when the job is done.
The owner, Mike, was diligent about getting back to us and letting us know when necessity put an appointment back by an hour or so. He was very informative about the process when he came to the house to inspect the rugs and give us an estimate.
He said that it would take a week to get the job done at a minimum and that it might be a week longer depending on other work load. He actually got the rugs back right on time with his minimum estimate. The rugs were much improved by the cleaning, the colors bright and new looking again, with no trace of cleaning agent scent. He and his son, Hunter, put the rugs down exactly where they had been when they were picked up, moving heavy furniture to do so.
Overall, a really professional job by a really professional firm. We will use them again.

Miracle workers! Bleach spot — 8×4 inches, big! They matched it perfectly. Saved me from replacing the whole carpet. I’ve since hired them to clean the carpet several times as well as my area rugs and upholstered furniture. They tailor the cleaning to my needs which are cats and kids. This guy is such a professional! From the start he was easily contacted by phone or text wherever and whatever he was doing. Has developed such a great process for standard and pet homes. Deep treatment for pet odors and stains. We had tenants in our rental who had cats and their was a bad cat smell and some stains, we had decided to sell the home and were afraid we would have to replace the carpet which was not tht worn. We had the final walk through for the buyers 3 days after Dryex did the carpets and the house passed their inspection with flying colors. Thanks Mike Ellis for the beautiful and affordable job!

We have had a Great Dane and a Mastiff/​Labrador, kids, several parties, plus we live in the country and our carpet showed it. We have cream colored carpet and thought we would have to replace it. We decided to get it professionally cleaned and see if it could be saved. Mike came today and in about an hour our carpet looks great. Mike did an awesome job and he is a great guy. I would recommend him to anyone.

This was what I considered a tough job! My husband and I and our 6 young children have worn this carpet out over the last 5 years! Pets as well. We thought we were getting rid of the carpet when we moved out and our landlords moved home. It turns out it wasn’t the case. Panic! :-) So I knew I couldn’t simply rent a carpet cleaner from Home Depot or something to do a quality/​sufficient job. I took a lot of time to research every carpet cleaning company in our area. There is zero doubt in my mind that Dryex was the best when you compared the facts and experience to anybody else. Our carpet is 5 years old and some of the stains are 5 years old too. I knew it would be impossible for it to be renewed to immaculate/​new condition but coming home to see what they did definitely exceeded my expectations! The quality difference is night and day. To my surprise, almost every stain was gone… and the ones I knew would be permanent were drastically faded. He was very upfront before hand what he felt the expectations were for our carpet and I think he was able to exceed them. I appreciated that carpet smelled great, and it was light and fluffy to walk on… which has not been the case for a long time!
I appreciated that Mike was always prompt to immediately return any phone calls and also texts easily, which I find very convenient. He was on time. He is very efficient. He is confident and straight forward to work with. There was willingness to be flexible in a few cases I unexpectedly threw his way and I am very grateful. :)
Mike Ellis (Dryex) was able to provide all of his professional experience, certifications and information easily. It was far above the rest of the companies I checked out which is why using him was a no-​brainer for us. I was especially impressed to learn he does continuing education every single year regarding his business and certifies his business as well. He also has certifications that no other businesses in our area even has. His record and his success clearly speak for themselves.
I do not hesitate at all to recommend him!

Excellent service and my carpets are super clean! He even removed stains that were there when we moved into the house! Not the cheapest but so worth it!
