Very quick and good service. Set up my appointment via their website to review $ 10 off. I arrived slightly late. They instantly helped me. Told me 20 minutes and it would be done. Friendly conversation, great costumer service, and my iPhone 6 that had a horribly cracked screen, now looks brand new again. Highly recommend.

I’ve been shopping here since they opened 5 or so years ago. They carry or can get any battery one might need from automotive, electronic to something as simple as a car remote door key battery.
In addition, they will install it in the device you bring in. Very knowledgeable!!!
They are now called Battery + Bulbs. They now also carry all sorts of bulbs including the new LCD ones.

The four stars for this review are mainly because of convenience. Twice I’ve needed batteries that were only available online and not at any of the big box stores (although I didn’t check radio shack). Both times I came to this store and they had the battery I needed. Come here for your obscure battery needs or shop online and wait for it to get mailed to you.

This store has just about everything. I was able to find 3 small out of the ordinary batteries in one stop… They have hours that would accommodate most also.

I went to this franchised outlet for a hard to find battery. Was informed that it was going to take 24 – 48 hours turnaround time, because it was a rebuild only battery. Batteries Plus boasts access to 45,000 battery types. I was disappointed I was unable to just pick up a replacement and go. Fortunately, Justin noticed my dis-​satisfaction and asked if I would wait 10 minutes while he would see what he could do. I went for a coffee and when I returned, he had the battery ready and I went away a happy camper. That’s superior customer service.

Staff here are friendly and fast, prying apart your impossible to open battery-​containing items and replacing the contents without hesitation. Bulk-​packaged, off-​brand alkaline batteries are cheap, and the shop contains a selection of cell phone batteries and car batteries. I’ll always go here for my battery needs.
