Out of the two years I’ve lived in the Pacific Northwest, the guy who worked the counter at this location is by far the biggest pud I’ve met. And I’ve met a lot of puds along the way. He was such a passive-​aggressive wimp about everything, which I did not feel like dealing with after driving 3,000+ miles from Massachusetts. He even tried to make my wife and I feel bad for having a nightstick in the truck. Who cares? Let’s see THAT guy drive through the Badlands without a freakin’ weapon!

Tried to book a truck with a lift. Said lift was broken. Said they call me if they could get the truck fixed in time or get another truck. Never called to tell me either way. Called next day and they said no they couldn’t get the truck I needed. Weren’t quick to recommend another size truck. Shop elsewhere…
