Nice people but they sell you in items that actually don’t qualify for sales and they won’t honor another option. Felt totally mislead. We won’t be back.

A great place since it has cloths for our teenage Grandkids. They were helpful and offered suggestions so we can’t complain.
The store is set up nice and has a decent selection of items plus they had nice sales going on — full price would have been too high for what we go. We had also shopped in the Seattle location and found both of them to be a great place to go.

RUDEST sales associate ever! She had no people skills whatsoever and pretty much made me feel like I was not worthy of being in the store. NEVER shopping here again.

I had a great experience at this American Eagle. The store is clean and well stocked despite its size. There is an Aerie connected inside the store if you are looking for it. One of the workers, Jessica, was very helpful. Overall, I had a great experience here.

Stephanie, the manager. was super rude, and talked down to her employees right in front of me. Plus, I was hassled about my return when I know AE’s policies.
Point being… dont expect great customer service here. I’d make the drive to Tacoma or Puyallup instead. Save yourself the argument w/​the manager.
