About The Day Photography

We used «About The Day Photography» (Wedding Technology, when we used them) for our wedding back in 2007. The process of using them was easy and we enjoyed every moment. They were easy to work with and flexible. They shot our engagement photos in addition to our wedding. Our pictures/​video came out excellent and we will cherish them forever.
Not that I plan on getting married again, but I would not hesitate to use them for my photography needs and everything in between. Thanks Stephen and Sonia!

Stephen & Sonia photographed our wedding in Australia (2009)! I cannot say with enough emphasis how amazing the quality of their work is! They TOTALLY captured our day! Two of the nicest people on planet earth and completely professional! The photos looked fantastic and we have recommended their services to all of our friends. Your customer service was excellent when Stephen was trying to get our business and during my wedding party. After you jumped to conclusion and thought We didn’t mail out your check you became very hostile and rude. The very next day you called and apologized because the check arrived at your home. You apologized but It was too late cause the damage was done. You were rude, obnoxious and very nasty.
Well it’s too bad because two of my cousins are getting married and they ask me for my wedding photographer and I told them I wouldn’t recommend About The Day.
When a service is great word gets around but when a service is bad word gets around even faster.

Sonia & Stephen are a class act and VERY talented! If you want brilliant, artistic photos that you cannot even image yet then be quick to book About The Day! We reviewed many photographers who had no business taking pictures let alone calling themselves professionals. We came upon About The Day and the photographs spoke for themselves. It was obvious that the photographer (s) who took these pictures knew what they were doing and had earned the right to be called a professional.
Planning for a wedding is hard enough and talking to most vendors is awkward, but not with About The Day! We spoke to Stephen and he was friendly and helpful. Imagine calling an old friend to catch up, that was what it was like to speak to Stephen and Sonia. We went through details and within the month we had booked About The Day to take our wedding pictures.
We just got our pictures and they are OH MY Goodness AMAZING! I have no regrets from Stephen and his wife Sonia, what an amazing pair. They put in extra time to make sure everything was perfect for us and to make sure we were comfortable. We thought it would be uncomfortable taking pictures but I can honestly say it was easier taking pictures with them then it was with family and friends. The reason for this. We trusted them to know their stuff and to make sure the pictures were FANTASTIC!
They were also one of the few great photographers who are Apple mobile device compatible. So if you want to see photographers pictures on your iPad or iPhone keep this in mind.
They offer military discount and this meant a lot to us.
A few pieces of advice:
Book early, we booked 1 yr 4 months before wedding to lock in our date.
Pay a little extra for the upgraded packages, it is worth it. Having both Stephen and Sonia gave us extra angles and two fantastic photographer.
