White chocolate mocha wasn’t that good but their mixed Redbull drinks are always good! Their service is good and Whitney is super nice. Ask for a punchcard. They also ask if you want a chocolate expresso bean, take it — it’s so good!

I have only been here once so this review may be biased but I will definitely be going back! I ordered a white chocolate, coconut, macadamia nut americano. A friend barista of mine made it one time and posted a picture of it (called it «Maui» — perfect name!) and I just HAD to try it. She makes delicious coffee so I was really hoping Hill of Beans could live up to the expectations. & THEY DID! & there prices are cheaper then any barista stand i’ve seen.
ICED WHITE CHOCOLATE, COCONUT, MACADAMIA NUT AMERICANO: DELICIOUS. If you like your coffee to have more complex flavors this is a good one! It taste like those Hawaiian chocolates with the macadamia nut in the middle! I showed the barista a picture of the drink and at the time I didnt know it was an «americano», but the barista figured it out right away and it tasted SO good. PRICE: About $ 2.50 — 12 oz.
BAGEL BROTHERS SAUSAGE BURRITO: Good! Its a pre-​wrapped breakfast burrito that they throw in the microwave to heat up. Its simple — egg, sausage, cheese & hashbrown crumbles. Better then any fast food burrito!

Cheaper and better than Starbucks, plus it’s literally 1 minute from my house so it’s a win-​win! I could walk there. The baristas are friendly and quick, and they chat with you a little bit while you wait for your coffee, which is nice. They also serve a few food options, again, cheaper and better than Starbucks. I’ve vowed to stay away from Starbucks so this little coffee stand makes me very happy.

I thought the perfect Iced Americano didn’t exist until I came here but now I know it’s real! It was the perfect combination of robust, rich, creamy and dark beans with the right amount of water, ice with a splash of cream… and they got it right on the first try! I’m looking foreword to coming back for more.

This is my absolute favorite coffee/​espresso stand ever. I not longer live in Olympia, but grew up there. I have been frequenting this coffee stand for the past 10+ years. They have gone through a few managers, but overall the products have not change. Yes the prices can be on the little expensive side, but that’s what they have to do to get quality product. I highly recommend any blended drink. They are never too chunky, or too liquidy. They always have a special drink of the day, and always decorate for the different time of year. They employees are always friendly, and remember your drink. To top off all the good things about A Hill of Beans, they give you chocolate covered espresso beans (1 or 2)
