food has been very solid. wish they had better drinks.

We got some pizzas for delivery. They were very tasty. One could argue the best pizza in Olney.

Great local place with an excellent menu. Locally sourced ingredients and quality meal presentations. By far the best dining experience in the Olney area we’ve found.

The penne pasta with«pancetta» was actually Penne pasta with chopped ham. I know the difference. I don’t like the false advertising. It wasn’t good and I left the doggy bag because I was so displeased with the dish that I don’t want the leftovers.

Nice ambience great place for a dinner where you can have a convo. Service was good waiter attentive and knowledgeable. Had a reasonable gluten free selection. Could use a few more vegetarian options for entrees. Appetizer was excellent especially the kale salad and not overdressed. GF pizza a bonus and pizza selections very interesting. Highly recommend

We went for the first time tonight for Valentine’s Day. Our reservation was for 4:45 and We were greeted and seated immediatly and very nicely. The menu was wonderful with plenty of choices of appitizers, specials and main dishes. I had what they call meatloaf off the grill which was scumptious, my wife had the pork chop which was cooked perfectly. Our server Alexandra was wonderful. The desert menu was great but we were too full to order from it. The price was very reasonable, actually much better than we expected. Finally, the resyerant is lovely with a very homey and comfy feel, you’ll love it.

Nice, old local house converted into a restaurant. No complaints about this place, except that it gets a little loud inside during the dinner rush. Super friendly /familial service. Always have trouble deciding what to get and then eating too much.

Ok! This place is pretty nice and has its own charm. I love how they are all organic and support the local businesses and farms around the MD area. KUDOSFORTHAT! As much as I liked my «finito» pizza I’ll have to let yall know that salt n pepper is your friend when dining here. Felt like certain entrée items weren’t seasoned enough. Also, I didnt like how they didn’t have enough seafood options! Bummer for me coz I can only eat kosher/halal.

Firstly, I work in the restaurant industry. I would not give credit to an establishment that did not deserve it, but this is one of my favorite spots in Olney! I’ve been with friends to sit in the bar/lounge area, where Demetria far exceeds my expectations every time. The quality service that she provides would be enough reason to visit Riciutti’s. Always friendly, attentive, polite, and very accommodating. The bar area has a really cool atmosphere, cozy but comfortable. I also sat for dinner with my family for my birthday, and again was very satisfied with the service. We sat in the small private room upstairs with the chandelier and mirrors on the walls. I’d definitely recommend this room for special events. note: no speakers in private room. Aside from service and ambiance, everything I’ve consumed at Ricciuti’s has been great. When we sat in the private room, we ordered spinach and artichoke dip, sweet potato biscuits, a margarita pizza, fried calamari, penne bolognese(my dish, it was amazing), penne with prosciutto and squash, lasagna, and spaghetti and meatballs. I am a mooch so I tried everything. No complaints. The bolognese sauce was perfect. To drink, we ordered a few bottles of chianti Classico, which was outstanding, not to mention it was half-off bottles of wine(mondays). I also had a vanilla old fashioned, one of their specialty cocktails. On the sweeter side, but still very good. My mom and sister loved it. **for take out ~ Their pizza tops all other Olney pizza. My friend thinks their tomato sauce is too chunky, but he eats like a 10 yr old. Go stub your toe if you don’t like this place. –DAN

Seriously delicious! We came to eat fancy but ended up ordering 5 pizzas, including the Nutella dessert kind. This restaurant was beyond my expectations. A neighborhood gem. Can’t wait for more date nights here.

We were lucky enough to go here on Halloween night when it wasn’t too busy or loud. As a celiac, I asked whether the rockfish was boring. I was told it had a delicious apple cider reduction so I ordered it. The alternate chef must have been on duty as I got a piece of fish with no sauce, no seasoning whatsoever. Fortunately I was able to rescue the bland, but beautifully cooked, piece of rockfish by eating it along with the sweet potatoes and the unseasoned, watery bok choy. My husband got an average, but overpriced burger. Save yourself the disappointment and go to Sunshine if you want a tasty burger. Victor, our waiter, was polite but his recommendations were off. Save your money and go somewhere else.

On our way to the Field of Screams in Onley MD, we were starved and decided to check out the local restaurants. After finally making the choice that Ricciuti’s was he place to be, we headed over. As soon as we pulled up we knew this place would be awesome! It was a old century house turned into a restaurant, I mean how cool is that?!? Once we stepped inside we had hoped to get a seat for three people without a reservation(big mistake, this place is popular!) The hostess told us it would be a 45min wait and as soon as we said thanks but we can’t wait that long bc we have an event to get to, she told us to hold one second. She started shoveling the tables and making calls, this hostess was amazing(just wish I could remember her name) along with other hostesses trying to fit us in, within five minutes she found us a table. Amazing! The place was so unique and very historic. The food was very delicious, and the portions were huge! The only reason I took one star away was because they do need extra help when it comes to servers, our poor server Grant was taking care of two rooms, which seemed to hold 4 – 5 tables each. We waited for our food for quiet some time, as well as our check. They did us a very nice favor tho finding us seats for a walk-in. This place is THE restaurant you need to visit if ever in the area!

My brother lives in Olney and I’m always hard pressed to find a good restaurant that’s not fast food or a chain when I visit. We had my brother’s wedding dinner there, a small group of 8. The food was excellent as well as the service. We had a room to ourselves since it was not busy. They let us bring in the wedding cake at no charge. They had a nice cocktail list. So I’m giving it 5 starts based on what else is around and they did a nice job helping my brother and his wife on their special day. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but farm to table food is worth it.

It’s a really nice place. Don’t go for the location/ambience. The kale salad and local nature to the food is what really draws me here. Too bad its right on a busy road and the outside furniture looks like it was on sale at a K-mart and you’re in a parking lot.

Ricciuti’s is a charming little space with excellent food and service. The bar is small and quaint. It’s a good space for friends or solo reading a book. Rocciuti’s is all about local eating a sources it’s ingredients with local farms when possible. The menu is limited but always inventive. The wood-fired pizzas are excellent with thin crusts. A great beer and wine selection as well as interesting cocktails. Service is consistently fabulous. Patio seating in the warm weather.

I went for dinner. We had a white pizza for the appetizer with Caramelized onions and mushrooms it was amazing. You can taste the cheese, the mushrooms. Also we ordered the beef spring rolls which was out of this world For my entrée I ordered the chicken saltimbocca, the linguine was al Dante and the chicken was cooked perfectly. For desert The Tiramisu is to die for The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Resturant for anniversaries and birthdays

I am surprised by the somewhat low reviews for this place. It’s very cute and cozy for starters. I thought it was a bit pricy, but they had half price draft beers and cocktails on special when I was there. I LOVE that they have all the local farms listed on the menu where they get their food. Awesome. The food was DELICIOUS! I just thought it was a tad overpriced. I had the mac n cheese which was oh so good! Not super creamy like typical mac n cheese, but good nonetheless. My coworkers also had pasta dishes that they all really liked. For dessert we split the dessert pizza which was delicious! Just be sure everyone likes raspberry because there is raspberry preserves on top of the chocolate pizza sauce. YUM, so good though. I would definitely go here again, because I want to try the pizza!

Great Italian restaurant! They have delicious hummus and I highly recommend the Spinach Basil Lasagna. I was so full by half of it but had to finish it! Their menu is more on the healthy side, which I love! However, they are especially known for their brick oven pizzas. The only thing I didn’t like about the menu is that there are few pasta options for someone looking for a traditional Italian meal.

Don’t let the little house fool you, this is a really cute and cozy restaurant! So for our offices’ holiday party we decided to come here and I can’t say I regret that decision at all. While at first I was a bit skeptical, the interior is super inviting and the staff even more so. Our waiter for the night was welcoming and was great with staying on top of everyone’s orders even though we had a fairly big group. He was just a tad bit too into our personal conversations but I’m choosing to overlook that. For the food, we all ordered different appetizers which included the spinach & artichoke dip, garlic bread w/mozzarella, calamari fritti, and a few other things. And holy moly, I’d order that all again and make a meal out of it! The garlic bread had mozzarella melted all over it and it was just utter gooey deliciousness; the dip was the perfect consistency and was baked so the gooeyness continued. The chubby kid in me was thrilled with all that :) For entrees, I was a little less thrilled. I had the filet mignon; and while it wasn’t bad I’ve definitely had better and for the price tag I was expecting to be at least a little wow’ed. My coworker raved about her mac & cheese though so if all else fails, get that! For drinks, most of us had the sangria and it was super yummy and refreshing, it complimented all entrees and that itself is earning them a star! All in all I don’t think I’d go out of my way to come here, but I wouldn’t be disappointed if I ended up here either
