I was trying to find a creative way to celebrate my husband’s 36^th birthday last night. I had the idea to higher a personal chef to prepare his favorite meals in our home. BEST IDEA EVER! I came across Chef Amer’s website and thought I’d give it a try. I admit, I was a bit skeptical at first because I had never done anything like this before and was worried that it would not turn out as I had expected. Let me just tell you it was BETTER than I expected. Chef Amer made us an amazing four course meal with the best ingredients. I cant stop thinking about the experience and the delicious steak/lobster meal and delectable chocolate lava cake. OMG. Chef Amer also made my children homemade (what I think was parmesan encrusted) chicken tenders and oven baked fries. He even gave them a bowl of fresh cut fruit, which I did not expect. I kid you not, my 2 year old kept saying, «yum yum!» This was such a delight and he even made enough for leftovers.

I was looking for a unique way to celebrate my husband’s birthday on a Tuesday night, and vouched for Chef Amer in lieu of a restaurant. We had a fantastic time! Chef Amer created an absolutely delicious four course meal in our own kitchen and served us throughout the night as we enjoyed the weather on our patio. It was so nice to be served in the comfort of our own home and to not have to clean up! Most importantly, the food was fantastic. Will definitely use Gourmet Chef again in the future!

Had a great evening in the house for our anniversary with Gourmet Chef Amer. By far the best experience we’ve had in a long time. We could not travel far due to the new baby, so I decided to surprise her with an in home gourmet dinner. This was hands down the BEST lamb, Jumbo Shrimp, Bacon wrapped scallops I have ever had. He prepared and plated a 4 course meal as we danced and listened to music. Great food and conversation by the Chef. Can’t wait to experience this again. Maybe anniversary number 2.
