Pizza Hut

Oh my! Last visit here! Pizza Hut pizza is okay at best. I’ll go to a mom and pop shop over chain any day but will search out a pizza inn if they’re around. Unfortunately no pizza inn around here.
Anyway. When I came in the sign said wait to be seated. There was no one in the restaurant so I took a table by the TV. Waitress came over and asked if I was sitting there and I said yes. I noted to her that the chair had crumbs on it — large crumbs — so she grabbed some paper towels that were on the table and said «here you go…» So I cleaned my table AND got my own drink. Now! Here’s the kicker. There was a guy in the John using the toilet. When he came out I saw he was an employee. And guess what? HE DIDN’T WASH HIS HANDS!!! So, I got my pizza to go where it subsequently found the nearest trash can.

Food is flavorless, undercooked and just plain gross! Employees are rude and the times I have been in there it was disgusting! Bathrooms not clean, shit on the walls, and the buffet looks like it wasn’t switched in hours! I’ve tried them a couple of times and it’s not worth it! Definitely not family friendly!

We’ve been here a couple of times, and had horrible food & service each time. We thought we’d give them the benefit of the doubt, but just no. The pizza is always way undercooked and looks like it was thrown around. Crust is flavorless, and I’ve always liked Pizza Hut for their crust. We will never order from this place again.

So far these past few days I have been greeted with the most very ungrateful assistant manager. I tried using a coupon ³⁄₁₂ and she wouldn’t et me use it when it wasn’t expired. I turn spoke to the store manage today to explain how the actions almost made me stop using them. I did go over to papa Murphy pizza and spent 30 dollars. I was later called by a manager in Memphis and given credit for 20 dollars as a promise to prove that they want to keep my business. So I thought I would give them another try. I tried calling a order. The call center very «awesome» by the way! The olive branch store told me that they wouldn’t help me she was the manager and I needed to call the call center. So here is my pizza it’s wrong and my re make is still not here and it is 1100 I am so pissed off I don’t know what crawled up this assistant manager ass I don’t know her don’t know what happen but what ever it is you don’t treat customers the way you did. Then now I am trying to get my pizza to see if your going to change my mind about if Pizza Hut of olive branch will want my families business. I guess not! I will again call your manager and will get this handled if not word of mouth you will not have or should not have a job in olive branch period!

Pizza saw hot fresh and loaded with toppings. My wife and I really enjoyed it, much better than some of the other store we’ve visited.
