Paradise Nails

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
My mom and I came in for a mani/​pedi. Our pedicure was GREAT! No complaints there. However, my mom wanted a gel manicure and I wanted plastic French tips (otherwise known as a full set white tips).
After repeating that I wanted PLASTIC tips, the lady painted shellac on my nails and started PAINTING on the tips. I told her that wasn’t what I asked for. She was incredibly upset with me and said I told her wrong, etc.
Meanwhile, my mom’s manicure went completely wrong when the gel polish literally dripped off her nails. The color wouldn’t stay on. The assistant helping her then tried to get the polish off by filing her nail bed, soaking them for several minutes in some type of remover which didn’t work… He scraped and sanded her nail bed getting only some of the polish off… Her cuticles were damaged and bleeding and sore when she refused to have anymore done.
Finally, my plastic French tips were done and they looked great. But when it came time to pay, they tried to charge my mom for her manicure even though thy damaged her cuticles! My mom had already filed then and trimmed them before she came and was desiring just a polish.
Overall… Not a good experience. And not worth the money. Especially since the staff was rude once we said something.

Completely racist. Do not patronize. We were asked to pick a color and have a seat. People of different races entered the salon, after we did, and were serviced immediately. Wow. Blatant disrespect.

Very nice staff. No wait and they were open on a holiday which was nice. I would return when in town.

I love this place! The staffs are very nice, they have a lot of the gels color and the services are great! !!
