Crafts, crafts, and some more crafts. They sell crafts. Jo Anne, Hobby Lobby, and now this store. I feel like I’m going in the same store over and over again. Maybe I’m actually stuck in a time warp and don’t know it yet. Maybe this is the end of the road for me. If this is how it ends for me, I hope it ends soon.

Went twice, two days in a row. I got a gift card for Christmas and I was planning on using it on a free painting class that I found online. I had to walk through half of the store to find someone to help me that wasn’t busy checking people out. I asked if there was a supply list I could have for the two classes I was interested in to see how much the supplies would cost and the employee told me I could pick whatever I wanted, but after asking again, they were able to print out the lists for me. I also had a problem finding one item and that same employee took me to the complete wrong area of the store and showed me the wrong item (I know because the list had the SKU numbers on it and they didn’t match). I went back the next day and found a different employee and with the help of this employee, they were able to find the right item for me, but they were out of it. They were also out of two other items on the supply list. They said more were on order and they should get them on Thursday. I really don’t understand why they do not have the supplies in stock for a class they are going to have in 2 weeks? They really need to reevaluate the strategies they currently use for their classes, and I probably won’t take another one after this one. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I was actually given good help on my second trip, otherwise I would have given just one star.

Oh my goodness! First, there is never anybody to help you find things if you need them. Next, they never have enough employees at the register. Today, after searching for what I needed and only finding half of my items, I made my way to the register. I was third in line. There was a woman at the register, a woman in front of me, then me (I would also like to point out that neither of the women in front of me had more then 5 items). After waiting for 10 minutes (I kid you not), the phone rang and the woman at the register turned her FULL ATTENTION to the phone call. She can’t multitask, no, and obviously placing the person on hold to attend to the people already waiting was not something she considered (mind you, she is still checking out the woman in front of me). And, I would like to point out, that the manager came to the front twice while I was up there and never bothered to help the woman doing the checkout, though she must have noticed on her second trip up that the line had not moved *at all*. This is terrible customer service! I will shop at JoAnne from now on

I’m a crafty person and this is the place to go, here I find very good jewelry supplies, paper and scrapbook supplies, yarn and everything involved in crochet and two needles.
Whatever you are in need for your craft or activity you should try coming here first. Good prices with no wrong marked prices like in other places (one place comes to mind, starts with Jo ends in n) They are polite and there is always someone educated in that craft you need assistance with.
