For me, when someone has an non emergency, you should be able to speak to a nurse without being charged a kings ransom for diagnosis. My insurance was charged over $ 1,300 just a finger prick and blood pressure reading? I only received a one time prescription for which was not the correct one; according to my primary physician. I am happy that Olive branch has this facility and it was sorely needed; however, for value, please do not go to ER here UNLESS you truly have an emergency!
