The facility is clean, the staff is friendly. However, if you try to cancel your membership be prepared for a very annoying experience. I left the olive branch area in May of last year. I sent an email to the email address listed on the contract specifically for the purpose of canceling the account. Fast forward to March of this year when I finally got them to cancel the account. For over ten months they continued to bill me even after I sent multiple emails and made several phone calls. What finally worked was sitting on the phone line with one of their membership people and emailing their work account directly instead of the support account that is supposed to be specifically set up for this purpose. Even then it took almost a week to get a confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation. I recommend not doing business with these people.
