The people there are always nice and willing to help you. They have all the recent movies that come out. The theatre is not great to look at, but it doesn’t bother me.

Tuesday’s have disc on popcorn. You can purchase an $ 18 bucket to bring in and refill for a full year for $ 3.50. Buy a lid as if you leave it in your trunk like I do. You can even just buy popcorn and take home, which is a great idea if having the kids rent a movie instead. This is a chain that can be found elsewhere if you buy a bucket. I had actually gotten disc tickets through a groupon. Clean but dated. Husband handed me his arm rest off his seat literally asking me if I needed it for my bladder buster soda. Be romantic get one large refillable soda and the same on the popcorn. Make little napkin hammocks for it. Go before 6 for matinée rates. They’ll get you on the food so share. Or plan it so you eat out before/after for similar rates! As a local its what we have we drive to buffalo for the cadillac type of theatres or go to bradford just 20 min away for a smaller hometown theatre. Dont buy gift certificates as they can black out opening weekends and hurt feelings of giftee.

I’m glad there’s a movie theater within a reasonable driving distance from Bradford, but I have def. experienced better! The popcorn was great, appropriate amounts of butter and salt-your-own, just like it used to be in all theaters. Prices were normal to that of all other theaters these days. The Dasani I got was $ 4 and when I tried to opt for a plain water from the soda machine, the attendant informed me that it was actually more expensive! That’s just silly. I did notice a lady behind me brought in a bucket, so they must offer some discount if you’re a frequent movie goer there. The leg room was ample and the seating was plentiful. However, there was a crackling noise from one of the speakers in our theater throughout the entire movie. Not great. Not terrible. Better than nothing!

Well every town needs a movie theater and thank goodness the Carmike is here but it’s pretty crappy. It’s not terribly dirty but there’s a nasty smell that hangs in the air. The tickets are reasonably priced(compared to NYC) but the concession prices are astronomical. $ 4 for a bottle of Dasani and up to $ 9 for popcorn. Inside the theaters, there is a lot of leg room but the seats are narrow and the screen had a tear in it. Oh, Olean.
