Okay, here’s the deal. I went in last Thursday to change carriers and change my phone from iPhone to Samsung. Sounded like a great deal based on special. By Friday in Orlando I knew it was a bad idea. Went back on Sunday to change to iPhone6 and turn in my new Samsung phone and the 10 dollar special pad offered along with it. Had a 14 day return policy. Cool!
Well, here’s the pissy part. When you exchange or turn it back in, they charge you a HUGE restocking fee that really stuck in my craw. I tried not to trip out because there were people in the store and I know they didn’t make the rules; however, I would make sure I included that part in when talking about the return policy. Just saying. Lesson: Make sure you want everything you have when you walk out; otherwise, to bring it back you will incur a stiff charge.
The 2 gentlemen were very nice and patient with me and said a couple times how they appreciated my patience. I would definitely recommend visiting this locale because they are very knowledgeable and take the time to work with their clients getting acquainted with the new equipment.
