For me, this is as good as it gets. It had a very comfortable bed and pillows. It was nicely decorated with a full kitchen and a sofa. I am currently staying at a Loew’s hotel for $ 30 more a night… and I can’t say any of this for them. The room was so clean, it was like I was the first one to stay there. The bathroom was modern, clean… just perfect, honestly. My only complaint would be the water is hard water. But what can you do about that? They offered a great selection at the free breakfast, and they are pet friendly. If you have to pay the $ 150 pet cleaning fee, you should probably look elsewhere because not even Loews charges that. Our room was at the end of the hall next to a stairwell. We didn’t hear anything and I am very sensitive.

Friendly team. Rooms that look and feel like new and a nice personalized welcome letter from the manger.

Meh. It was a little less thank OK. The rooms are smaller than at most other Residence Inns at which I’ve stayed. And the service was inconsistent. They cleaned my room one day with my cat there but then the next time I wanted my room cleaned, they refused saying they wouldn’t clean the room without the owner present unless the animal was«in a cage.» This was never an issue during my previous stays at other locations. I wish I had been told this up front instead of two days before I left. And the trolley carts were a pain in the ass. They barely fit in the only elevator available and they were incredibly difficult to maneuver. I wouldn’t stay here again unless everything else in a 20 mile radius was booked.

We had a decent stay here. Clean with great service. Stayed here to visit friends in Oldsmar.

Room 107 is next to the mechanical room — very loud, odd noises coming in the middle of the night. Other than that, no complains — typical Residence Inn.

The staff here are amazing! Really that is all that needs to be said! Moving to a new state and having to live in a hotel for a week with children can definitely be a stressful time, however The Residence Inn was such a pleasant experience that it made the time fly by quickly! A fully furnished two bedroom apartment with full kitchen is what awaited us each evening and a full, hot breakfast is what we woke up to each morning. They also serve a small dinner/happy hour each weekday evening that included complimentary wine and beer along with some type of hot dish. It varied from soup to fried chicken. We didn’t really partake of it too much, but still nice to have the option. What really defines the 5 star rating was the staff though! They were so courteous, thoughtful, and downright friendly. The gentleman who served breakfast each morning greeted myself and my children along with all the other guests with such enthusiasm and professionalism. Overall, I would stay again and highly recommend!

Great place to stay if you are stuck in Oldsmar, FL. It’s not a very happening town but there is a happening Applebee’s right by the Residence Inn!!! Bonus!!! Happy hour till 11pm. The rooms here are very good, not huge for extended stay, but functional. I had a king room with a nice sized bathroom, small TV/livnig room and a little kitchen with full sized everything(I did not cook though). I’m not sure I’d recommend for more than one person, the«living» quarters were a bit cramped. Full breakfast in the morning is a nice added bonus and this location has a small workout room and pool.

This is your typical extended stay type place with a full size refrigerator/freezer, a stovetop, and a sink. along with a «dining area» and«office area» in the same room as the bed. The room was incredibly nice and spacious. We stayed here for a week and found our stay for the most part to be pleasant. In fact, we had to check into the Clearwater Beach Hilton later on for a company function, and I found myself wishing we were staying at this hotel instead. This hotel features the Marriott bed, a foam mattress akin to a Tempurpedic bed. I liked it so much that I’m thinking about buying The Marriott Bed off of their website. It was by far the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. They even put a sheet on TOP of the comforter on this bed, which is nice, since most of us are probably wondering how many«stains» are on it before we lay on it. I’ve only got two complaints. ALL of the dishes in the kitchen area had coffee grinds or food stuck on them. I ended up having to wash all of the dishes by hand because there was no dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher. Apparently they think you’re going to steal Cascade should it be stocked in the room, and only the housekeeping folks carry it. This hotel has a free hot breakfast buffet and an event on the weekdays where they have a free dinner. The free breakfast buffet was pretty decent, although there were days when the«hot» food was sorta cold and gross, and on the last day I found dried up food stuck to the plates for the dinner buffet. Other than the housekeeping complaints with the dishes, this place was very nice and I enjoyed my week long stay here.
