HORRIBLE place to do business with!!! They no nothing about customer service here… RUDE, RUDE, RUDE with a sense of entitlement. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor. I only wish Unilocal had the option to select «0» stars because even 1 star is too good for them.

I have been buying flowers from this florist for the last 11 years but this is the last time. I ordered a plant from them and it was guaranteed. It died in 2 weeks and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Then a friend of mine ordered flowers for his wife on Valentines Day and at$pm that day they called him to tell him that they would not be delivering his order to his wife because they were just too busy. What crappy customer service.

Very unhappy with my first experience at Oldsmar Florist. First of all be warned that it reeks of cigarette smoke inside, which is a shame as it masks the beautiful floral smell one expects from a florist. Secondly, the wrist corsage we ordered with the simple instructions of baby red roses and white ribbon was instead made with white roses. No offer to remake, nothing. Just the bad suggestion that «you don’t want it to match the dress anyways». And thirdly, they apparently do not know they have signed up for the $ 10 off $ 20 coupon on Unilocal because upon presenting it, it was met with surprise and horror. I would go elsewhere.
