The concept of the company is great and especially for someone like me who works long hours and I just don’t have the time to make healthy meals. I spoke with the customer service representative when signing up and explained that I wanted to do to the traditional meal plan; however, I wanted to sub seafood for the meat options as I am a pescetarian. I was told this would be no issue and my first delivery was set. My 1st delivery arrived on Tuesday with only a single seafood meal while all of the others contained some other type of meat(ham, pork, beef, turkey, etc.). I called and spoke with a customer service representative who said that they would address the issue and it would be corrected for my Thursday order. My second order arrived again on Thursday and consisted of all meat meal and no seafood. I again called and emailed about the issue. I was then informed that because seafood is more expensive my meal would be $ 1 more. I explained that was not a problem, I understood and agreed to the increase and was told all would be resolved for my Sunday delivery. On Sunday I again received an entire delivery of meat meals and no seafood. In fact, one meal was labeled as shrimp; however, when opened it was actually chicken. I attempted to address the issue one more time. I received my most recent delivery today(Tuesday 2÷2÷2016) and the meal did consist of only seafood. But by only seafood I mean only seafood. I have shrimp with no side item and tilapia with no side item. Also, for my 2 breakfast meals I received one meal that consisted of shrimp with orange slices and another that consisted of tilapia and orange slices. I do not know anyone who eats shrimp or tilapia by itself for breakfast. Also, as a pescetarian I eat eggs which would have been appropriate. I have emailed as of today to cancel. I also requested not to be charged; however, I see the company has not refunded the fee on my credit card. I have also been forced to eat out for over a week now since I did not go to the grocery store as I had expected to have my meals delivered. Would not recommend.

Stay away from this company. Delivery was always late, many of the times the food was cold, and they have HORRIBLE customer service. I tried cancelling my subscription with them and it took them 1 month to finally approve the cancellation, and they kept charging me for meals I was not using.

Cater Me Fit– shrimp, pasta, brussel sprouts and broccoli, capers, YUM! This first meal was delicious. so far, the delivery guy came on time, food was fresh, delicious and definitely filling.

I’m very upset with this company. I ordered it a week ago with the paleo menu. I wasn’t that impressed, some of the food was very good but other days were under cooked. I decided to try it for one more week, but went for the traditional menu. I called and was instructed to email my order change. I did as instructed, was charged for my next week of food. When the delivery came on Sunday it was the wrong food. I called and emailed the last two days, and no one has bothered to get back to me. I don’t appreciate paying for something I didn’t order, nor do I think it’s great customer service to not get back to your customers.

I started eating Catermefit a month ago. I am a meat and potatoes type guy. I am very picky. I rarely ate my veggies. I am not very good in the kitchen. I’m a relatively big guy at 6’5220 pounds. All I can say is the traditional meal plan fills me up. There are veggies in these meals that I would have never thought about tasting let alone eating. They are so good. I’ve been missing out a lifetime. The meals fill me up and are so tasty. They’ve always delivered on time each and every day. I will continue ordering from Catermefit and would recommend this company to anyone. Matt Reid

I absolutely love the meals I’ve received. They’ve all tasted wonderfully and have appeared to be perfectly cooked. With two working spouses and two small children, there was little room for family time until CaterMeFit came along. It’s so nice not having to worry about going to the grocery store every week, deciding on what meals to have, and then coming home to cook. Oh, and don’t forget that you’ve gotta clean up too. I ordered two straight months worth of meals from Cater Me Fit for my husband and myself. I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and have three kids under four. Needless to say, I needed help keeping up with life. I have been so disappointed with this service. It’s a great concept, but little follow through. I have had meals missing, moldy fruit multiple times, over and under cooked meals, and multiple meals that lack taste and appeal. There is definitely a communication breakdown on customer service’s end as well. Needless to say, we are not continuing with this service. 5÷13÷15 Today I was contacted by Stevie, the owner of Cater Me Fit. She had no knowledge of the issues we were experiencing, and was only made aware by this Unilocal review. She was very empathetic, understanding, and willing to do whatever it takes to make things right. I appreciate her reaching out to me, and her generous offer. We are going to give it another go for the next month. I look forward to posting a rave review! I will be sure to post pics and details.

A sales representative from Cater Me Fit presented an excellent description of this company, a complete description of their food plans, and an in-depth description of their customer service and communication system. However, none of it came to fruition. I never received a detailed nutrition description of the meals prior to them arriving. I made it clear that I needed to know the sodium and calorie content of each meal and the sales representative made it clear that the nutrition information would be emailed to me at the beginning of the week. In addition, I truly didn’t expect one meal to have mold on top of it. Finally, after repeated e-mails and phone calls, I spoke to a sales representative who promised me a refund. A month later and 5 phone calls later, I have yet to receive my refund. This company lacks not only in quality, but their communication and customer service is beyond poor. #Onefrustratedcustomer

Everything I tried was appetizing and portion controlled. Some of the dishes I liked very much. Although you have to be clear on what are your dislikes i.e. certain vegetables and such. Definitely recommend for the busy person who is trying to control their portions sizes.

I like the variety of meals that you get because it gets boring eating the same Thing everyday!.
