Old Bridge Public Library

Been coming to this library for years! Great place to get some actual studying done.
However, BEWARE! as of 10÷1÷13 they require you to sign in to use the rooms for 2hrs at a time. No longer first come/​first serve as long as you want. Keep this in mind in case someone randomly kicks you out of the room you are using!
Personally not a fan of this new rule, please take note if someone at OBPL reads this, for people getting real studying done, this is not good as it breaks our concentration.
*Changing my original review from 5 to 4 stars because of this policy. Didn’t realize how annoying it could get while trying to study for the USMLE and there’s a «Time Nazi» hounding you as opposed to the other patrons of the library. =/​
(Having to repeatedly get out of the room after 2 hours, then every hour to renew your time is highly distracting while studying for an important exam.)

Well just like any other library very clean, quiet, and very helpful. We we went to get new passports for the kids and I was told by others it gets busy on the weekends, so decided to go after school. Well in and out in thirty minutes and that’s doing three kids passports. The service was fast and great. Highly recommend if you need passports done.
