Horrible service. We ordered dumpster, emphasized the need for them to deliver and pick up on time before agreeing to their service. We made sure to work late into the night to get all the garbage on it, and woke up early on a Saturday to finish loading it up. They failed to pick up, gave no notice and when I called to find out why it was not picked up as agreed and if they could pick it up that day, the owner Michael Mule ignored my concerns, boasted he was the owner, accused me of yelling at him as an excuse to hang up on me so he wouldn’t have to address this issue. Instead of apologizing and explaining why this may have occurred and helping reschedule the pick up asap that day, he refused to pick up my calls. I will never do business with this company, and I won’t recommend them to anyone. As a customer you have no leverage when faced with his unprofessional behavior because you have already loaded the dumpster and have no choice but to accept their horrible service. Save your self this nonsense and go with another reliable company. All this company has to do is pick up dump. It’s a shame they can’t even manage that reliably. But if the boss is this unprofessional, can’t expect the workers to do their jobs right.

Easy working with Mike and his guys, excellent service and would use them again! Dumpster also arrived on time and very clean.

Very happy with service. Professional and accommodating. Did not go over weight so exactly what I paid for. A little pricey but well worth it.
