Carlo’s has the best food from the kitchen of any pizza spot in or around town. I strongly recommend the tacos, penne arrabiata, chicken parm. There is better pizza in town but it’s still damn good. The owner definitely holds quality and customer service in the highest regard.

Gourmet? Walked in, took one look at the old dry items on the counter, listened to the counter guy for 5 minutes obsess over $ 2.50 of chicken with another customer and walked out. The counter items looks like they were at least 3 weeks old and hard as rock.

Have really only ordered with delivery for dinner so I cannot say how wait time is at lunch. However, food is good and delivers in Decent amount of time. Food is always hot and pizza is good. Friendly on phone and orders are always right.

Walked in at noon. Ordered 2 plain slices not to hot. Went to go wash my hands and when I came back the pizza was still in the oven. Ask him politely to grab it and told them I requested not to hot. As I was waiting I noticed the plain pie that was sitting out was old and looked like it was out of the refrigerator as if it was from the day before. For it being noon you think they would have fresh pizza

I don’t understand why everybody else has ordered, eaten, and in some cases finished their pizzas before I got my grilled chicken salad. Not a good place for a lunch break, by the time they get my salad my allotted lunch break will be well over.

Seems like the quality is going down or quality control is poor. The last couple of times that we ordered pizza, the bottom crust was not crispy and you needed to hold the pizza with both hands to keep it from drooping. The last pizza pie was the most disappointing. It arrived soggy and you couldn’t even tell which slice was where as all the toppings were blended together. The moment you picked up a slice it tore into two because it was so soggy. Will need to start looking elsewhere for pizza.

One of my favorite pizza places in the area. Consistent and delicious. Best chicken parm sandwiches! Only negative experience is with fried food orders — not sure if its bad oil or just doesn’t hold well during the 2 minute drive home but anything fried is usually pretty bad.

We got some sandwiches to go the other day and stopped in to eat there and can definitely say its a solid pizzeria. It’s nothing out of this world, but exactly what you’d expect from your neighborhood spot. I’ve had the eggplant parm sandwich and have to say it was great. Too often places put too little or too much sauce on it, but Carlo’s had it just right. The pizza’s looked ok, but not much of a selection. The staff is hit or miss when it comes to help. All in all it’s a good spot if you’re on the go or just looking to grab a sandwich or a slice to go.

My favorite pizza slice ever-​Chicken Marsala from Carlos! I’ve lived in Philly and NY and no matter what I can’t seem to replace this pizza. They use the perfect amount of wine nd the chicken is cut perfectly. They also have cluck u chicken lol. Noone seems to know what that is if your not from NJ but I do love some thermonuclear sauce with a side of ranch. Any day ordering from Carlos is a good day :)

i tried again the infamous «Carlos» on rt 34 thinking it would improve maybe buy better quality ingredients, hire a better staff and maybe change ingredients that were not working. BOY WAS I WRONG. Ordered one of their «gourmet slices» chicken marsala slice. not sure if the owners knew what marsala sauce is because this tasted like sludge on bread. please try to mirror ciros or even denninos because your pizza aint working.

Hgg, I am the owner of Carlos Pizza. You must be one of my competitors because my food is as fresh as it comes. If you look at any pizza on my counter you will see tons of chicken on my pies. We prep on an daily basis and you or any other of my competitors can stop by and I will bring you into my kitchen to show you how it’s really done. I do not serve pizza from the day before, I either give it to my employees or throw it away. Lastly, I’m not selling. I recently had offers on it but not going to sell it because I have a successful business… Thank God. So if you are trying to bash my business why don’t you stop by and bash it in front of my face. Get your facts straight.

Carlo’s has a great selection of pizza. If you are in the mood for something spicy they serve Cluk-​U wings. Looking for something more «traditional» Italian, they have that as well.
