I recently had physical therapy for a painful rotator cuff injury and selected Apex Rehab in Old Bridge because of its good reviews, convenient location and after work hours. It was easy to make an appointment. Nima Patel, the owner, worked wonders with my shoulder and I regained most of my range of motion. Her passion for helping her patients and her quest to stay on top of developments in the field was evident. Not only is she an excellent physical therapist, but Nima and her team are professional, punctual, friendly, attentive and engaging. I hope I will not need physical therapy again, but if I do, I will definitely be back at Apex Rehab.

I just have to say this place is amazing the doctor takes time with you one on one and makes sure your pain is taken care of. She uses a system that no other PT has I believe it’s called the Red Cross it’s a machine that’s works out difference body parts to build up your muscles with some type of a rope it’s amazing it takes the pain away. To work one on one with the Nema, is great she answers any question and will not let you leave in pain. The place is super clean and friendly and they work around your schedule. Thank you so much for helping me with my pain. I highly recommend this to anyone in pain

I tweaked my back while lifting some water cases into my car and had to get physical therapy to alleviate my pain. Dr Nima was very friendly and genuinely was concerned with my rehab. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a nice, caring physical therapist who is sympathetic to patients’ needs. Thank you Dr Nima!!!

The office is very clean. Getting a convenient time is easy. They have later hours and Saturday which many PT don’t
