I absolutely love this jewelry store. My family has trusted Warren Hannon for years for all of our jewelry needs — from my grandparents and parents down to my husband and I. My class ring even came from Warren Hannon.
My sister and I recently took antique pieces that we inherited into the store. Mine required extensive repair, especially if I expected to wear the ring daily. Richard Hannon explained thoroughly what needed to be done. Even though my piece is small and they don’t stand to make much money from the work they will do for me I know it will be perfect when it comes back because of the attention to detail they give each piece.
Warren Hannon has a gorgeous selection of diamonds and gem stones. His cases are well-​stocked with beautiful sparklers, I can’t imagine not being able to find the perfect piece. Whether it’s a custom design you’re after or buying a stock item, Richard has it all including the ability to create something beautiful.
My wedding set is custom designed by WH and it turned out even better than I imagined it would… although my ring is nearly 15 years old… if I were custom designing a piece today I wouldn’t have to imagine it. While we were in the store Richard showed us his latest toy — computer software that he can use to design the perfect piece right before your eyes. He showed us how he could take any ring he has in stock, enter the ring’s code into the computer, and then manipulate it to make it exactly what the customer wants.
One more thing — I don’t think the staff has changed much in the last 20 or so years (since I’ve been paying attention). How many retail establishments can say that?
Will I go back? Absolutely. I wish I had more occasions to treat myself beautiful jewelry.
