Carolynn was our photographer and the only thing I can commend her on is for trying her best to make our 3 month old smile. Outside of that. It was a pretty poor experience. It felt very rushed. I’ve never worked with a photographer that didn’t take time to make sure my hair didn’t look out of place of my necklace wasn’t crooked, etc. She didn’t pay attention to posture or anything. She just got us into position and started snapping away. As a result, most of our pictures didn’t turn out so great. There’s one where my fiancé’ is obviously slouched a little. Most photographers would catch that and remind you to sit up straight. Then, once we were done, she took us to a computer screen and VERY QUICKLY went through our photos with us. Then she started making collages, changing some of the pics to black & white, adding captions to some of the pictures. She didn’t even ask if that’s something we were interested in (it wasn’t by the way). We don’t care for all the «cutesy» captions and cheesy pics within the shape of a heart, etc. Then, after she finished, I felt like we were put on the spot to decide immediately which pics we wanted. And that would have been fine if she could have given us 5 – 10 minutes to ourselves to review the pics and decide which ones we liked/didn’t like. But she acted as if that wasn’t an option. The only option she gave us was to sit there while she scrolled through the photos for us and we had to discuss with her which pics we liked. So, ultimately I just asked if we could view the pics online ourselves from home. She seemed reluctant to tell us that we could, but finally gave us the info. (Ironically, we received an automatic email that evening with a link to our online album). I went here because I just wanted a few simple pictures to capture our baby at 3 months old, so I wanted something affordable since we’re going to do this 3 more times this year and this Target had received good reviews. But honestly, this was the worst photography experience I’ve ever had. I definitely won’t be back.

2 of the ladies are very nice! I wish I remember her name, but my son loves one of them a lot and she always take a great pictures! She makes funny face, noises etc to get a good pics of my son. Sadly there is one lady who is kind of rude. My hubby went to pick up pictures, and they did not give us everything we ordered. When I went to get the rest, she acted like I was the stupid one not getting what I ordered. No apologies either… I think we will go back there only when that nice lady works!

Carolyn was nice, patient and fast. They even burned the 3 image cd on the spot. Red card saved us an additional 5% even after cpn.
