Poor poor RS franchise. It amazes me that they still remain open. I guess it’s people like me that need one electronic thing and don’t want to run all over a huge store (best buy) or all way to the back of a store (walmart) that keeps them in business. This RS is close to my home. It gets my service a few times a year for that.
If you ever want a person to greet you from the time you walk in and help you, go to an RS store. This store in particular has helped me in solving my tmobile contract mess-up. Getting my work speaker working again, etc… Of course there’s always the slight sell of a knick knack of screen protectors or batteries at the end, right before you pay. But can you blame them? Their company is barely hanging on. lol
