01.23.2012 Metro collision has an agreement with my insurance company and they took good care of me. My van was totaled but they were efficient, helpful and great to work with. They even let me have a loaner auto when I didn’t have rental reimbursement on my policy. Life saver! Thank you Metro collision.

Someone backed into my car, so I needed some body work done. His insurance was through State Farm, and Metro is hooked up with them, so the claim process was pretty efficient. Enterprise is right around the corner from there, so they had a car there for me in a matter of minutes. The most awesome thing is that when I went to pick up my car Friday, they’d vacuumed it out, wiped down the dash, and washed it. Not only did I get my car back when promised, it looked brand new!
