The service was friendly enough, the toppings were fresh and plentiful, and the meat portion was fair. The price was good with the latest promotion (6″ sub for $ 2.99), the dining area was clean, and new, with good background music and a Coke Freestyle machine. Unfortunately, the manager took the prime parking in front of the store, which I believe shows he cares more about himself than customers. Overall A-OK.

I haven’t been to a Mr. Goodcents in a very long time; I’m just not that into sub sandwiches anymore. Hubby and I were out running errands and stopped in for a quick lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of sandwich options that they offer now. We got a toasted chicken combo and it was really, really good! The restaurant was clean and had a very nice dining area. The employees were friendly and the sub was above expectations.

I’ve had two separate incidents with this store over-charging my debit card.
The first time, I placed a delivery order online and was charged twice for the same order. I called them immediately and told them, and they advised me that I would have to come into the store and show them my bank statement in order to get a refund.
The second time, I place a delivery order online and was charged for a tip that I never authorized.
I work right across the street from this store, but will never eat there or order from them again because I’m tired of being over-charged and then having to do all the work in order to get a refund.

Went here on a Monday night at 7:30 and employees were cleaning the store & signaling they were closed. There was a sign on the door saying «closed do [sic] to weather.» It was drizzling out and the power in the store was on. Everything else like Salty Iguana and Burger King right next door was open, so how are you closed due to the weather? You mean because it was gloomy and you didn’t feel like working? Thanks for caring about customers. I emailed them to report this and no one ever responded to me. Cool.

Good sammiches but recently provided coupons for a sandwich they couldn’t actually make. The guy offered to put bbq sauce on some chicken and charge less but that’s not actually what the coupon showed. Their drink machine is always out of most drinks also. We went to the Mexican place next door.
