I don’t normally use fed ex much, but in this case I was needing to ship an item back that required Fed Ex shipping. I stood in line for 20 mins while a lady that worked their was having a personal conversation about her boy friend and past life. Are you kidding me, this was rude, not a hi, how are you, I will be with you shortly. Or just stop talking to take my box that has a label on it. I am not happy about the customer service at all. They are just rude here and next time I will find a new location.

Friendly staff and usually not to crowded. I have learned not to go early in the morning or at lunch time.
They do a great job binding material and punching holes in catalogs that are ½″ thick with no problems.
They are fast and have always had our jobs done at the time promised.
