El Rinconcito serves up some Very good Mexican fare including all the standard dishes. The freshly made chips and salsa to accompany your entrée are a bonus. The standard portions for all their offerings appear to be more than ample for the price and the Monster Burgers are huge. In addition, the sheer number of menu selections is large enough to ensure that there will be something for everyone in your group. All this combined with great service ensure that I’ll be back again the next time I’m in the area. Bön Apetité!

Located across from the High School/​Middle School, El Rinconcito is one of the few mexican restaurants in Olathe.
Thankfully, me and my family were able to seat all 7 of us without any trouble, as we ate there for lunch before school was back in session.
I was highly impressed with the quality of food here. The beans and rice had flavor and their carnitas, which I was able to order in the combo 44 with a tamale, carnita burrito and carnita taco, were superb.
Everyone enjoyed their food even better than the meal we had earlier in the week from Fiesta Guadalajara in Montrose!
…And I cannot wait to come back and try the fried icecream sometime!
