BEWARE! Unethical company. We are currently locked in a contract and have been paying $ 40 a month. Our system has not been functioning for the last four months! We called and tried to end our service, to which they said we would have to pay out the remaining YEAR of service. That weekend, our house was broken into, nothing was taken. Are they trying to scare us? Today I had an appointment for between 8 am and 12 pm for them to repair the system. At 11:15 they call to tell me that they don’t have a technician today, so they would like to reschedule for four days from now. They couldn’t have told me that at 8:00? Before I wasted half of my day at home? And I’m supposed to go another week with a non-functioning system that I am paying for? I don’t think so.

My elderly parents had a new alarm installed on July 20th. Somehow the technician did not test the phone lines which were disconnected in the processs. They have yet to return to fix it. ADT has repeatedly scheduled a day, my parents wait all day then ADT calls to set another day two days later. My sister called to let them know that elders were without a working phone and alarm system to no avail. It has now been 7 days! They have their payment by check otherwise the payment would have been held back. Horrible uncaring company.
