Days Inn Okemah

My family and I would like to report excellent service, hospitality, and HONESTY AND INTEGRITY by the staff at Days Inn, Okemah. A backpack with $ 3000 worth of electronics was left behind. The bag had been found by the staff, and after communicating with «Sam», all of our items were safely returned to us.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.
I have never been so disgusted. I had gotten a non smokers room and the room smelt anyways. The bathroom had hair on the floor, I went to lay down and the sheets had holes in them. I check the bed further and had found BED BUGS I immediately left to go see a manager. Walking out the room I had stepped on something and looked down and it was a ROACH!!! I hadn’t been there for more than 10 minutes. I told him what I found and demanded a refund. He went to the room and told me I couldn’t get my refund because I had moved the sheets. I couldn’t find the bed bugs without moving the sheets around!!! This place is absolutely disgusting and awful service. The man was giving me attitude because I wanted the refund. I didn’t end up getting my refund. Do not by any means stay at this place. DO NOT let those very few comments fool you, I honestly think they made them. Save your money and just drive a couple miles down to get a better hotel!
