This place is hidden just outside of down town Okeechobee, but it’s worth veering off the beaten path. The food is delicious, especially the phở and the ribs appetizer. The service was very friendly and fast.

Too ethnic for my taste, the menu is too long and the only things on it that are the least bit appealing either have a picture next to them or are American dishes. I don’t think this place will last so give it a try now.

Super-​find on the heart of Okeechobee! Not fancy, but very fresh, just as good Vietnamese should be. The chicken phở was divine, and the shrimp & noodles also hit the spot. The owners are super-​friendly, and go out of their way to check in & say hi. This may not be the fanciest place in town, but if you love tasty food, check this place out!

Love this place! The service was great! The food was great and the portions were huge! I also love that they have pictures with the menu, especially because I am not familiar with Vietnamese food. This is definitely my new favorite place. Highly recommend!

Had Sunday lunch here with my kids. The food was delicious I had house fried rice and it was the best I’ve ever had. Nothing like Chinese food, much better. The egg roles were delicious also. Gonna make this a regular place to visit.

I had heard from the locals about this new restaurant owned by s Vietnamese family. When we arrived I told the lady that sat us named Kim that were from Miami. I ordered the Steak Phở and my friend orders the Wonton soup. Kim was eager to know how o liked the Phở. It was sweet and tasty and had jalapeño in it as o liked it spicy hot. Not as hot as o would of liked. She brought out her father Lawrence that Owns the place and he talked to us for a while checking on us constantly. He told us about the restaurant and how reasonable the process were which is true. Delicious find. I hope u return. Great family. Very attentive and warm.

I really wanted to like this place but there were so many issues. Sticky menus, low quality meat, possibly frozen vegetables, and an underseasoned plate. I spent 30 $ and left hungry and disappointed.

Just had a fabulous meal at Simply Saigon, a new Vietnamese restaurant in Okeechobee. We ordered the cha gio, fried spring rolls, which were fried crispy and filled with delicious pork and mushrooms. My sister ordered the pork barbecue spare ribs for her appetizer and they were sweet and succulent — a must try.
For entrée, I ordered the shrimp fried rice, plentiful delicious shrimp — this dish was huge and had enough to feed a small army. My sister had the phở, authentic Vietnamese beef noodle soup that was heavenly like mom made. Overall service was good but some things can be improved with organization. Would definitely go back.

Small family owned restaurant. Very clean. The restaurant just opened so it wasn’t too busy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our large group. They gave us free rice paper spring rolls. Very delicious with the sauce. I ordered beef phở and it was hot and very tasty. They have a large variety of dishes on their menu and some even have pictures so you know what your order will look like. Great food at a great price. Will definitely come here again. It’s refreshing to eat at an Okeechobee restaurant that’s not burgers and fries.
