I’m from LA and I needed an eyebrow wax and I was petrified of going somwhere and them messing it up. However, Lelah comforted me with her expansive knowledge and after telling her what I wanted she gave me the best brow job so far. Detailed, natural, and relaxed. Love her!

Love Love Love New Leaf. Lelah is so sweet and caring, and seems to genuinely care about her customers. She always makes me feel relaxed and pampered, and has been great at helping me find products to work with my skin and my budget.
I always fall in love with tons of the lines they carry in the store — love the undies and the jewelry and the hobo bags. They recently started carrying some vintage clothes as well which are good quality and really great prices.
The ladies who work here are always really kind and have always gone above and beyond for me. I’ve also given my mom gift certificates for facials here, and she raved about hers as well, especially enjoying the neck and shoulder massage that they treated her too as a special gift (it was a Mother’s day present, and they included extra massage complimentary for her!). Love the ambiance, the staff, and the products, as well as the services.
I’ve had facials (the «petite» and the full) and brow waxing here, as well a make up service, which came out FANTASTIC — I’ve never felt so stunning, and got lots of compliments. Lelah was great at working with me to make the makeup exactly what I wanted. I didn’t feel pressured into buying products. I’ve purchased clothes, both new and used, jewelry, face products, make up, and I’m saving for a hobo bag that’s calling to me… Everything has been high quality and I’ve been extremely happy with all my purchases.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed at New Leaf since I moved to Ojai, and Lelah always does an amazing job! The atmosphere is tranquil and soothing. The store is beautiful, and I always seem to find something I must buy. You can tell a lot of care and attention is put into finding the products sold here. A perfect place for pampering yourself or buying special gifts!

Leelah is wonderful, the atmosphere is serene, and I just about fall asleep every time during my massage. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone that needs to relax. Her Back Facial is my absolute favorite treatment.

Small, quite, and relaxing atmosphere. My first facial and waxing went well. I have very sensitive skin and was able to pick up an organic skin system. We will see how it works. :)
