Such a cool store with so many unique items from clothing to housewares, jewelry, etc etc etc. Fun to just look at how the store is laid out and decorated but bought a few things that won’t be found anywhere else, which I love. It was the hippest place I saw in Ojai. It is very clear the owners put a lot of love into it. Plenty of parking in the rear. Loved this place — will always go back every time I’m there.

Amazing little store in Ojai! This combination of great brands/environment/ambiance fell out of my head and into this amazingly curated boutique — surfboards from Shawn Stussy, candles from Le Labo, our favorite Australian apothecary Company Aesop, Los Angeles favorites Apolis and Beatrice Valenzuela. The environment is Sante Fe meets California and the shop owner couldn’t have been more pleasant!

I’ve lived here in Ojai for 2 years now and I can tell you there’s nothing like In The Field. The beautifully curated goods from small businesses locally and across the country are tasteful, well made and reasonably priced, given the excellent quality. You’ll find everything from vintage cowboy boots to hand carved cutting boards and hand-made fine jewelry crafted in Los Angeles. The owners Bianca and Channon are warm, friendly and passionate about their business and their little son Marlon is a delight. I’ll be back again and again and can’t recommend this store enough!
