Update. New owner/​management is taking steps to make this right. I’ll raise stars for now.
Over a year trying to get a torque converter core charge refunded is unacceptable. They keep promising to send a check but I’ve still not been made whole by these guys.

Great service, nice owner… good work… reasonable price… what more can you ask for??? Been there several times for repairs on an older Audi no less and am happy every time… they’re the only shop that really gave a hoot about the problems the car was having… been to all the others…517 is the best in my book.
